Or it can't produce glue directly, and the machine can't be used. So how to prevent clogging?
To solve the problem of congestion, first of all, we need to understand what causes the blockage;
1. The mixing pipe is blocked. The reason for this phenomenon may be that the glue filling stops for a short time in the middle, and the anti curing function is not turned on, and the glue surface is dry in the mixing pipe; or it may be that the staff forgot to clean the mixing pipe after work, resulting in the glue remaining in the mixing pipe completely solidified, resulting in the blockage. The way to prevent this kind of blockage is very simple. If the staff leave for a short time, such as 10 minutes, 20 minutes, or half an hour, the anti curing function will be turned on. If it is off duty, the middle time is relatively long, directly turn on the automatic cleaning function to clean the glue in the mixing pipe.
2. The pipeline is blocked. The reason for this phenomenon may be that there are too many fillers in the glue and precipitate in the pipeline. The better way to solve this problem is to replace the better glue. If you don't want to change the glue, put a filter screen on the funnel. When pouring glue, filter the glue.
4. Crystal blockage, some glue curing agent will absorb moisture and crystallize, such as polyurethane glue. If you use this kind of glue, it will be better to use the machine more frequently. Don't leave it for too long, because polyurethane glue will absorb moisture. If used all the time, keep the glue fresh all the time, which can reduce crystallization. If the conditions are better, you can fill the barrel with nitrogen. Nitrogen is a protective gas, which can solve the problem of glue crystallization.
